Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to help deliver automation and control system projects from execution through commissioning and closeout. You will coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams, while supporting customer communication and risk management.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree and 0–3+ years in industrial automation, with familiarity in project planning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
• 0–3+ years of experience in industrial, automation, or systems integration environments.
• Exposure to structured project execution methods and lifecycle practices.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned projects from execution start through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field service teams.
• Track risks, issues, and change orders with proper documentation.
• Assist with preparation of project documentation, reports and gate deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project records using company PM tools and templates.
• Support estimation, forecasting, and project performance tracking.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, customers, and trade partners.
