Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of automation and control system projects from execution to closeout. You will work under supervision to coordinate schedules, budgets, and deliverables while liaising with engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience supporting project delivery in industrial automation or systems integration environments.
• Exposure to structured project execution methods and project lifecycle management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned projects from execution through commissioning and closeout.
• Assist with development and maintenance of project execution plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software and field teams.
• Track risks, issues and change orders with documentation and resolution.
• Support project installation, commissioning and customer acceptance activities including readiness checklists and punch list tracking.
