• Support assigned projects from execution through commissioning and closeout.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams.
• Track risks, issues, and change orders with proper documentation.
• Assist with preparation of project documentation, reports, and gate deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting using PM tools.
• Support estimation, forecasting, and project performance tracking.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, customers, and trade partners.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Identify risks and scope changes early; seek guidance from senior leadership when needed.
