Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support automation and control system projects from execution through commissioning and closeout. The role involves coordinating activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field service teams to keep programs on schedule and within budget.

You will track risks, issues, and change orders, assist with documentation and reporting, and communicate clearly with customers and internal partners to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• Typically, 0 to 3+ years of experience supporting project delivery in industrial, automation, or systems integration environments.
• Exposure to structured project execution methods and project lifecycle management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned projects from execution start through commissioning and closeout.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field service teams.
• Track risks, issues, and change orders with documentation and resolution.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and gate deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project records using PM tools and templates.
