Thermo Systems LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support automation and control system projects from execution through commissioning and closeout. You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality meet expectations.

This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in complex industrial environments, with growth into independent project management under senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–3+ years’ experience delivering projects in industrial/automation environments.
• Exposure to structured project lifecycle management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from execution through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field service teams.
• Track risks, issues, and change orders with documentation and resolution.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Maintain accurate project records using PM tools and templates.
• Support estimation, forecasting, and performance tracking.
