Job summary

Irex Services is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join a hands-on training program across offices, job sites, and client locations. You will gain experience in estimating, proposals, contracts, and project management under supervision by the General Manager.

The program supports advancing to Assistant Project Manager as skills develop, with travel within the assigned territory and opportunities to lead projects with your own customers.

Qualifications

• Learn best practices in environmental health and safety to prevent incidents and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policy, and customer expectations
• Learn how to provide outstanding customer service that secures a pipeline of repeat business
• Learn how to interpret specifications and perform material take-offs from construction drawings
• Learn how to prepare cost estimates utilizing estimating software or field take-offs
• Learn how to plan and coordinate with the field workforce for successful project execution
• Learn how to manage project schedules, labor productivity, material costs, and margins
• Learn how to develop relationships with customers, vendors, and other industry contracts
• Learn to utilize industry-leading software tools such as Navisworks, Bluebeam, JD Edwards, Salesforce, Velocity EHS and others

Responsibilities

• Learn how to develop relationships with customers, vendors, and other industry contracts
