Qualifications

• Learn environmental health and safety best practices to prevent incidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide outstanding customer service to secure repeat business.
• Interpret specifications and perform material take-offs from construction drawings.
• Prepare cost estimates utilizing estimating software or field take-offs.
• Plan and coordinate with field workforce for successful project execution.
• Manage project schedules, labor productivity, material costs, and margins.
• Develop relationships with customers, vendors, and industry contracts.
• Utilize Navisworks, Bluebeam, JD Edwards, Salesforce, Velocity EHS and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating and proposal development to support project opportunities.
• Support project managers with scheduling, procurement, and site coordination.
• Collaborate with field teams to review construction progress and address issues.
• Capture and report on project costs and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with clients and vendors.
