Interstates is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to jump into real projects with mentors and gain leadership experience. You’ll work with field crews, project managers, and customers to keep projects on track while learning schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and logistics.

Expect nationwide travel and hands-on growth in a dynamic, safety‑driven environment. Ideal candidates are graduating soon, studying Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related fields, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and expected to graduate in May.
• Studying Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help manage exciting industrial construction projects across the United States.
• Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and field teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Learn how to manage project schedules, budgets, materials, RFIs, submittals, and logistics.
• Build relationships with customers and teammates while developing leadership skills.
• Travel to project sites and experience work that's anything but ordinary.
• Grow through hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development.
