Responsibilities

• Support GA Account Managers with sales operations and documentation.
• Create submittals, manage small projects, and expedite orders.
• Analyze drawings/specs to quote projects using ABB Empower.
• Transition large projects to project management and assist with change orders.
• Manage opportunities, RFQs, and data cleanup in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Respond to customer product inquiries and handle warranty/credit issues.
• Provide Empower tool training and support to internal teams and distributors.
• Compile and share high-profile project opportunities using CMD Insight.
