Responsibilities include safety meetings, punch lists, QA/QC support, RFIs, labor control, takeoffs, scheduling, warranties, and material coordination. Pay range is $72,600-$77,600; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, learn new skills, and take initiative.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

The Associate Project Engineer role serves as a launching pad for future leaders within PCI. It’s a dynamic position offering hands‑on experience in project management and estimating, setting the stage for professional growth and career advancement in an innovative environment.

Job responsibilities include:

• Conducting safety meetings
• Creating and managing punch lists
• Supporting the Quality Control Measures outlined in PCI’s QA/QC program
• Preparing RFI’s and submittals
• Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance
• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering
• Supporting the implementation of the job schedule
• Coordinating warranties and O&M’s
• Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing

This position is safety-sensitive.

Pay Range: $72,600-$77,600

Basic Requirements
