Job summary

Mbi Llc is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the transition to a new Banking partner across six revenue divisions and related functions. You will manage deliverables and resources from_BANKING PARTNER, SCC representatives, OCC, and ETS, ensuring upfront requirements for each division.

The role requires strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills, plus deep Agile experience with Jira/Planner and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, product ownership, IT modernization, or enterprise delivery roles.
• Process reengineering & mapping experience.
• Experience consistently driving on-time delivery by establishing clear milestones and managing cross-division dependencies.
• Exp with ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned on schedule commitments.
• Experience leading multi-division, high-visibility technology or modernization initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Jira, Planner, or similar Agile work-management platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Project, and PowerBI.
• Hands on professional to support teams and management navigate significant process changes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise initiative, and demonstrate professionalism and dependability.
• Active PMP (pls upload under Reference tab)
• CSM and SAFe certs are highly desirable
• Experience with banking platforms and Oracle or similar ERPs
• Experience with Revenue collections and/or cash management cycles and tools
• Credentials like CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL Foundation are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead transition to a Banking partner across divisions and functions handling revenue and cash processing.
• Coordinate deliverables and resources from Banking partner, SCC divisions, OCC, and ETS.
• Ensure complete requirements documentation up front for each division.
• Facilitate and support divisions to identify process changes to leverage new technology.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor while driving cross-functional alignment.
