Job summary

SRI Resources is seeking an Associate Product Manager for a major client in Celebration, FL. The role combines on-site and remote work (2-3 days on-site weekly) to manage shopping experiences, promotions, and localized content.

You will partner with Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Design, and Engineering to turn business goals into clear requirements, prioritize backlogs, and drive delivery across teams. Requires 3+ years in product/ digital roles and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or related digital role with strong writing skills.
• Translate business and Guest needs into clear requirements and stories.
• Build relationships across product, engineering, design, marketing, and partners.
• Facilitate partner discussions and align priorities effectively.
• Ability to pull and interpret data from analytics and reports.
• Familiarity with content management systems and publishing workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication for tech and non-tech audiences.
• Organizational, detail-oriented, and multi-workstream capable.

Responsibilities

• Support the product roadmap, backlog, and priorities for shopping experiences.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and flows for engineering and QA.
• Drive discussions with Marketing, Revenue, Analytics, Legal, Finance, and ops.
• Manage special offers and promotions end-to-end from concept to launch.
• Coordinate content readiness, pricing, and release timing for ship launches.
• Keep content accurate and reusable across teams and languages.
• Coordinate localization and translation needs, including multilingual experiences.
• Analyze booking, traffic, and Guest behavior data to inform priorities.
• Manage Jira lifecycle, including defects, releases, and testing, and report status.
