Motorola Solutions is seeking an associate product manager/product manager to own the In-Car Video product line. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate market needs into prioritized backlogs and orchestrate release plans.

This role requires a strong technical background, clear communication, and ability to navigate CJIS security requirements. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in product management for in-car video/telematics, a BS in a related field, and legal

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Product Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of Product Management experience in in-car video and/or telematics hardware, firmware, applications, and solutions development.
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.
• English language skills sufficient for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand market requirements and enable delivery, including competition.
• Create maintenance plans based on product lifecycles.
• Collaborate with owners and dev teams to refine backlogs with clear definitions of done.
• Define release plans and measure progress toward completion.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, training, support and partners for market expansion and translations.
