Motorola Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Manager to own the in-car video (ICV) device program within the Evidence Product Management team. You will work with product owners, developers, and cross-functional partners to shape roadmaps and release plans.

This role emphasizes market requirements, backlog refinement, and clear communication of progress, with a focus on enterprise/public safety hardware and software solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Product Management
• At least 5 years of experience in in-car video and/or telematics hardware, firmware, applications, and solutions development
• Understanding of the enterprise segment of the in-car video market is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain the product roadmap and backlog items to stakeholders and development teams
• English language proficiency for effective communication
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to motivate others

The Evidence Product Management team owns the roadmap for body cameras, vehicle cameras, and evidence management software. These products support public safety and enterprise organizations worldwide. We are seeking an enthusiastic associate product manager / product manager to join the team and own the in-car video (ICV) device program. Legal and Work Authorization

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer sponsorship is not available for this position. This role may require working in high-security areas governed by the CJIS Security Policy, including background checks.

Compensation

Target Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 USD. Pay within this range varies based on knowledge, skills, and experience. The offer will be based on the individual candidate.
