Job summary

InsuranceHub Leavitt Agency is seeking an Associate Producer to develop into a high-performing insurance sales professional through a structured 24-month training program. The role focuses on building relationships, prospecting, networking, and generating new business via calls, meetings, and social media.

The in-office position includes local travel to meet prospects, with base earnings plus uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses, aiming for a long-term career as an insurance producer.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Property & Casualty license or plan to obtain within 60 days.
• Willingness to pursue additional licenses and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet monthly and annual new-business premium and revenue goals.
• Build relationships with prospective clients via phone, email, social media, video meetings, and face-to-face conversations.
• Develop prospect lists and build a database of insurance expiration dates.
• Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Prospect targeted accounts and develop business within a specific portfolio of insurance products.
• Conduct weekly in-person prospecting days, including approximately 5-10 drop-in visits per day.
• Review insurance applications and deliver quotes promptly with the goal of converting opportunities into new clients.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance coverage.
• Work toward a 25% or better closing ratio.
• Educate clients about potential coverage gaps and important insurance solutions that can help protect their business or personal property.
• Generate referrals from clients, prospects, professional contacts, and personal networks.
• Participate in networking opportunities, associations, and conferences related to your product specialty.
