About Moog, Inc.:

Moog is seeking an Associate Process Analyst - Quality Management (QM).

Moog Aerospace & Defense (A&D), including our Aircraft Group and Space and Defense Group, is undergoing a digital transformation moving from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA and iBASEt Solumina solutions. This role will support the deployment and continuous improvement of these systems across Moog's global sites.

Role Purpose:

This role involves gathering business requirements, liaising with Subject Matter Experts, and deploying an integrated ERP/MES/QMS solution. It includes consolidating site-specific requirements, testing, supporting training, and post-go-live sustainment. Effective communication with Engineering and IT teams is essential.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support legacy QMS TIPQA software and ensure alignment with new systems.
• Assist with solution design, testing, training, and documentation.
• Perform Scrum Master duties for managing User Stories and backlog.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality business processes.
• Experience with Solumina's Quality functionality is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• US Citizenship required.

Compensation:

Buffalo, NY: $72,000 - $92,000 annually. Actual salary depends on experience and performance. Benefits include bonuses, stock purchase plans, PTO, and region-specific perks.
