Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a proactive project coordinator to oversee multiple tier 1 and 2 projects across the lifecycle. You will gather stakeholder data, track timelines, and publish reports to inform pricing strategies and invoicing accuracy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external partners, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage concurrent initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in contract administration and/or pricing.
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data manipulation, VLOOKUPs).
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage several tier 1 and tier 2 projects concurrently and independently.
• Compile and present data essential to project launches.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract/price misalignments.
• Coordinate pricing models to ensure proper invoicing.
• Manage multiple pricing projects and present information to stakeholders.
• Maintain project timeframes and objectives.
