Job summary

Delmar International Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to file and manage CBP claims on behalf of importers, including Post Summary Corrections and various protests. You will track all claims to ensure CBP action and collaborate closely with the Post Entry Services team.

The role requires a high school diploma and strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills; knowledge of US Customs documents is a plus. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Mandate:

Reporting directly to the Manager, Post Entry Services. The candidate is responsible for filing claims with CBP, on behalf of importers, such as Post Summary Corrections, Formal Protests, 520(d) Protests, Requests for Information (CF28/29) and any additional as assigned by manager on behalf of importers. Must track filed claims to make sure they are action by CBP to ensure they are actioned per claim requested.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Programs-Excel, Word and Outlook
• Must possess a high school diploma
• Knowledge of US Customs documents considered an asset
