Job summary

Delmar International Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented entry specialist to support post‑entry processes in Buffalo, NY.

You will file claims with CBP on behalf of importers, including Post Summary Corrections, Formal Protests, 520(d) Protests, and CF28/29 information requests, and closely track each claim to ensure CBP actions are completed. Strong communication, teamwork, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a high school diploma.

Job description

Mandate:

Reporting directly to the Manager, Post Entry Services. The candidate is responsible for filing claims with CBP, on behalf of importers, such as Post Summary Corrections, Formal Protests, 520(d) Protests, Requests for Information (CF28/29) and any additional as assigned by manager on behalf of importers. Must track filed claims to make sure they are action by CBP to ensure they are actioned per claim requested.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Programs-Excel, Word and Outlook
• Must possess a high school diploma
• Knowledge of US Customs documents considered an asset
