Job summary

JB Search Partners is seeking a Head of Global Marketplaces to own and grow our client’s marketplace business worldwide, with Amazon as the initial priority. You will drive performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Noon and other marketplaces, setting the operating model for each market and optimizing pricing, promotions and catalog health.

You will work with product and engineering to turn data into action, review P&L, and lead a small team of specialists to deliver results with clear accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience owning P&L for multi-marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, ads and promotions.
• Ability to diagnose catalog health issues and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow marketplace P&L across countries and channels.
• Define growth plans per market based on demand, economics and readiness.
• Prioritize and optimize Amazon performance: Seller Central, FBA, ads, health and registry.
• Decide operating models per market (3P, 1P, distributor, partner).
• Lead pricing, promotions, and MAP enforcement where relevant.
• Oversee advertising, budgets, bids, terms and ACOS/TACOS metrics.
• Improve catalog quality, content, and backend search terms.
• Build the team and tools needed to run the business efficiently.
