Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Manufacturing for a top biotech client in the East area of Puerto Rico. The role involves hands-on operations, media prep, and GMP-compliant manufacturing on 12-hour shifts.

You will perform critical processes, support validation, draft SOPs, and contribute to quality improvements. A Bachelor in Sciences and lab/computer experience are required; experience in GMP environments is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biology, Natural Sciences, Chemistry).
  • Experience with lab equipment and computers.
  • Experience in GMP environment and manufacturing area.

We’re seeking an Associate Manufacturing to work with one of our top biotechnology industry clients in the East area of PR.

Salary: $15.50 p/h (plus shift differential)

Schedule: Available to work any shift / 12 hrs shift (5:00am to 5:30pm and 5:00pm to 5:30am)

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on operations, set-up, clean, sanitize and prepare media and buffers per procedures.

  • Perform and monitor critical processes.

  • Execute routine validation protocols.

  • Comply with GMP's5. Regularly draft and revise routine documents (e.g. MPs, SOP's, and technical reports)

  • Initiate Quality incidents

  • Identify and recommend improvements related to routine functions and implement after approval

  • Basic troubleshooting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biology, Natural Sciences, Chemistry)

  • Experience with lab equipment and computers

  • Experience in GMP environment and manufacturing area.
