Job summary

Kelly Services in Myerstown, PA is seeking a 2nd Shift Associate Technician for a premier pharmaceutical manufacturing client. The role focuses on operating and maintaining high-speed packaging lines, setting up bottling equipment, and ensuring cGMP compliance.

Salary is $20 per hour, with overtime opportunities and shift flexibility. You will document production activities in SAP/MES/EBR systems, train teammates, and support safe, efficient operations on M-F 3:00pm–11:20pm, with overtime as

Qualifications

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Possess good written and verbal communication in English.
  • Willing to work overtime and different shifts as needed to support business and training demands.
  • Demonstrate the ability to read, interpret, and follow workplace documentation (SOPs, operator manuals, work instructions, etc.).
  • Have strong mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, metrics).
  • Motivated to learn and develop technical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Performing operations in a line team environment to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical products on time and in the right quantities.
  • Setting up and changing over high-speed bottling and packaging equipment, including mechanical changes and cleaning.
  • Complying with all workplace standards and safety procedures, including cGMPs, OSHA, SOPs, and company guidelines.
  • Initiating equipment operating parameters to maximize production while meeting all product specifications.
  • Coordinating with outside contractors and vendors as needed.
  • Operating and maintaining packaging line equipment, such as bottle fillers, cappers, labelers, vision systems, and material handling equipment (forklift, walkie stacker, pallet jack, etc.).
  • Completing and updating production documentation using SAP, MES, and EBRs.
  • Training and supporting team members to foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20 per hour

Shift:

2nd Shift, M-F 3:00pm - 11:20pm, must be willing to work overtime as required, must be willing to work different shifts to support business demands and training needs

What’s a typical day as an Associate Technician? You’ll be:
