Shift & Pay: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST | 23.00/hr pay rate
Duration: 6 months as W2 contractor under-staffing supplier. (temp-to-perm potential based on performance/openings).
Workplace Environment: Requires overtime availability, ladder climbing up to 15 ft, and moving materials up to 75 lbs with lifting equipment.
High School Diploma/GED with fluent English and basic math skills.
Minimum 1 year of stability in recent roles; prior manufacturing, blending, or granulation experience preferred (pharmaceutical background is a major plus).
Knowledge of cGMP and FDA guidelines.
Set up, operate, monitor, and clean processing equipment and manufacturing rooms.
Blend materials, conduct in-process testing, and perform calculations.
Maintain accurate batch records, equipment logs, and reconciliation tracking.
Follow SOPs, safety rules, and report or troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Background check and 11-Panel Drug Screen (including Fentanyl).
Full physical screening: Vision, Vitals, Urine Dip, Hearing/Audiogram, Spirometry (Respirator Fit), and a 30 lb Lifting Assessment.
