Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Formulation Technician for a contract opportunity with a leading global life sciences company at their Pleasanton CA facility. Position Title: Formulation Technician

Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm.

Pay rate: $23-25 per hour.

Overview

Join our team and make an impact in life sciences production! As a Formulation Technician, you’ll be instrumental in crafting and testing columns and related consumables. You’ll contribute to various tasks, from assembly and testing to record‑keeping and maintaining a clean laboratory environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting column production lab work, including testing and HPLC column packing.

  • Performing computer data entry and assisting with solvent disposal and restocking.

  • Assisting in instrument and equipment maintenance, as well as supply ordering.

  • Documenting detailed records and following SOPs and safety guidelines.

  • Continuing personal growth through training and skill development.

  • Promoting teamwork and adhering to quality procedures and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in life science discipline, prior manufacturing or lab experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills with a process and data‑driven approach.
