Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Associate Manager in Planning & Performance Management to drive analytics and reporting for the Warehouse Direct Cold business. You will partner across Finance, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to interpret trends and support strategic decisions, delivering actionable insights and performance narratives.

The role is based at the Frisco HQ with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and offers a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant analytical experience, CPG experience preferred, RGM, strategy, performance management, category management, business analytics.
• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills, experience with PowerBI preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with SAP and syndicated datasets (Circana/IRI, 1010data) and BI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of commercial objectives and key drivers of Warehouse Direct Cold business.
• Provide ad-hoc business analysis for short-term and long-term planning.
• Manage development, automation, and maintenance of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
