Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is seeking a Senior Analyst, Analytics for the Coffee Systems team to partner with the Walmart sales organization and drive growth across brands with end-to-end analytics.

Based in Rogers, AR, the role emphasizes creating reports, optimizing assortment and promotions, forecasting items, and delivering insights to improve in-store performance and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience using MS Office, with advanced MS Excel.
• Competence and/or curiosity around data visualization platforms.
• Preferred experience with Fortune 500 companies or CPG industry dealing with Walmart/Sam’s Club.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Walmart Retail Link/Madrid/Scintilla retailer portal or internal retailer process interaction.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and communicate all daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting for the Walmart Inc. Coffee Systems sales team.
• Administer and communicate promotional event tracking and develop long term opportunities utilizing IRI and Walmart Scintilla.
• Build recommendations for Assortment opportunities and Promotional strategies.
• Maintain Monthly Business Review templates and presentations.
• Assist with Weekly and Monthly buyer presentations.
• Assist with data analytic needs for internal Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Planning.
• Assist in forecasting and volume projections for all Coffee Systems items, particularly seasonal or holiday feature items.
• Analyze Walmart Supply Chain reporting and collaborate with operations to optimize in-stocks and product flow.
• Proactively create Best in Class tools and processes for the Walmart Inc. Coffee Sales team that will help unlock future growth.
• Present future-looking ideas internally to leadership and externally to customer.
