DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate for New Verticals in Central Strategy & Operations. The role combines strategy, analytics, and execution to design and optimize delivery logistics across DashMarts and partner networks.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance to drive measurable improvements in efficiency and customer experience. The position is hybrid, with time in home offices, offsites, and on-site at DashMarts as needed, reporting to an Associate

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of professional experience in strategy, product operations or business operations.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights using SQL or Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to support logistics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end efficiency drivers for New Verticals within Central Strategy & Operations.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and initiatives in partnership with product, engineering, and analytics.
• Design and optimize DashMart and third-party logistics systems and frameworks to improve efficiency and customer experience.
