Job summary

DoorDash’s New Verticals Fulfillment Strategy & Operations team is hiring Associate Managers to own strategy, analytics, and operations for Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail offerings. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to develop scalable tools and processes, while advancing supply strategies that improve shopping experiences.

The role is hybrid, with in-person collaboration a few days per month.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, startups or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, CS, or engineering; MBA is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL and data-driven decision making; familiar with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy and execution to build reliable, scalable Dasher supply and tools for New Verticals offerings.
• Attract more Dashers into shopping and build tools/tech used in-store.
• Ensure supply is available in the right place at the right time and improve end-to-end Dasher in-store experience.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to improve selection across New Vertical offerings.
