Job summary

Altria is seeking an Associate Manager, Microsoft SharePoint Engineer in a hybrid role based in or near Richmond, VA, with remote options for the right candidate. You will lead the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot, partnering with multiple business units to deliver innovative, compliant solutions that drive efficiency.

You will design automation, governance, and adoption strategies, ensuring successful user engagement and measurable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
5+ years supporting and administering Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint Online & Power Platform).
Experience designing process automation and digital workplace solutions.
Knowledge of Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools in Microsoft ecosystem.
Experience developing workflows using Power Automate.

Responsibilities

Lead adoption and expansion of Microsoft 365 capabilities (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot).
Collaborate with business partners to improve collaboration and efficiency.
Craft and implement technology-enabled workplaces to streamline processes.
Develop automated sequences using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and related technologies.
Advise end users on guidelines to achieve business objectives.
