Job summary

Altria Client Services LLC is seeking an Associate Manager, Microsoft SharePoint Engineer to drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 capabilities, including SharePoint Online and Copilot, across the organization. You will partner with business units to improve collaboration, automation, and governance while ensuring security and compliance.

The role combines leadership and technical delivery in a hybrid Richmond, VA setting, with remote options for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years supporting and administering Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
  • Experience designing automation, workflow management, and digital workplace solutions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Experience developing workflows and business solutions using Power Automate and related Microsoft 365 capabilities.
  • Strong business analysis, customer management, and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with Information Security, Compliance, Legal, and Information Management teams within a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish governance practices, drive technology adoption, and deliver measurable business value through enterprise digital workplace platforms.

Associate Manager, Microsoft Sharepoint Engineer (Finance)

Join our technology organization as an Associate Manager, Microsoft Sharepoint Engineer, where you'll help compose the future of the digital workplace through modern collaboration, automation, and AI-powered solutions! This is a hybrid role located in Richmond, VA, but we are open to a remote working arrangement for the right candidate. In this role, you'll lead the integration and evolution of technologies within the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot. You'll partner with customers across the business to deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency, enhance collaboration, and drive operational efficiencies while maintaining compliance and governance standards.

What you will be doing:
  • Leading the adoption and expansion of Microsoft 365 capabilities, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot across the organization.

We want you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years supporting and administering Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
  • Experience designing and implementing process automation, workflow management, and digital workplace solutions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $104,900.00 - $152,150.00.
