Job summary

Altria Client Services in Virginia seeks an Associate Manager, Microsoft SharePoint Engineer to lead and evolve the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot. The role focuses on collaboration, automation, and compliant governance to drive efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, strong business analysis, and a proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years supporting and administering Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
  • Experience designing and implementing process automation, workflow management, and digital workplace solutions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Experience developing workflows and business solutions using Power Automate and related Microsoft 365 capabilities.

  • Advising end users on guidelines and effective utilization of Microsoft 365 tools to achieve business objectives.
  • Leading responsible AI adoption by identifying, evaluating, and enabling high-value Microsoft Copilot use cases.
  • Establishing governance frameworks, standards, and usage guidelines that support security, compliance, information management, and legal requirements.
  • Driving user adoption through training, communications, initiatives to support transitions, and continuous platform improvement efforts.

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $104,900.00 - $152,150.00.
