Job summary
AnaVation in Chantilly, VA is looking for a Microsoft 365 Collaboration & SharePoint Administrator to lead governance, design, and continuous improvement of the GCC High collaboration environment. You will be the technical lead for SharePoint Online, Teams, document management, and end-user collaboration, ensuring secure, scalable, compliant solutions that enhance the digital workplace experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Five years administering SharePoint Online.
- Three years supporting Microsoft 365.
- Experience designing information architecture.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Administer SharePoint Online in the GCC High environment.
- Design and administer SharePoint site architecture (Hub Sites, Team Sites, Communication Sites).
- Configure site collections, templates, navigation, and hierarchy.
- Provision new SharePoint sites; manage permissions, ownership, quotas, and storage.
- Perform platform administration, health monitoring, and feature adoption.
- Develop enterprise collaboration standards and governance; conduct reviews and controls.
