Job summary

DoorDash Drive is expanding its Go‑to‑Market team. This Associate Manager will own revenue and pricing strategy for a new e‑commerce/logistics business line, becoming the expert on product, operations, and merchants while partnering with Sales to win deals and accelerate revenue growth.

You will build pricing models, design scalable processes, and lead cross‑functional work with Business Development, Logistics, Product, and Engineering to scale new business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance/management consulting, business operations, business analytics, or high-growth/early-stage startups.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Strategize by understanding partner needs and designing high-impact solutions.
• Build playbooks, models, processes, and tools to accelerate growth.
• Analyze problems with a data-driven, first-principles approach.
• Influence cross-functional teams (Business Development, Logistics, Product, Engineering) to scale new business.
