You’ll own a portfolio of KRs, dig into data and insights, test hypotheses, and partner across Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance and Marketing to drive scalable solutions. The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, ground-level understanding, AI-enabled experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to shape pay,

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in startups, strategy, consulting, financial services, operations, technology, AI, regulatory, or related fields
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions, and balance quantitative with qualitative insights
• Experience using SQL/excel and comfortable handling ambiguous, high-stakes problems with legal/financial implications
• Interest in applying AI to accelerate learning and decision-making

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key results across regulatory markets, setting strategy and execution plans
• Conduct data-driven investigations using quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities
• Delve into ground-level details to build knowledge and provide senior leadership with recommendations
• Define and test hypotheses through experimentation and scale successful strategies across the org
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing
