DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager to lead strategy and execution for its Dasher & Logistics regulatory markets, spanning multiple cities and states where pay, benefits, and working conditions are shaped by local regulation.

You will own a portfolio of key results, dive into data, test hypotheses, and collaborate with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to implement scalable solutions at pace.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in startups, strategy, or related fields.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Experience crunching data in SQL/Excel.
• Familiarity with AI applications (e.g., Claude, Cursor).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio of KRs across regulatory markets and develop execution plan.
• Use data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and propose actions.
• Work cross-functionally with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing.
• Define and test hypotheses; scale successful strategies.
• Lead with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
