Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for the Dasher & Logistics regulatory markets. You will own a portfolio of key results, define strategy, and execute plans to address minimum earnings, pay transparency, and other regulatory requirements across cities, states, and countries.

You will use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and partner across Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to scale solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in startups, strategy, consulting, financial services, operations, technology, AI, regulatory, or related experience.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative with qualitative insights.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate decision making and learning.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of KRs across regulatory markets, defining strategy and execution plans.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to identify opportunities and test hypotheses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing.
• Develop new skills and progress into broader leadership responsibilities.
