Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Project Management, Event Management, or a similar role in a CPG organization.

• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead National Trade Shows & Commercial Events planning and execution (3–4 shows and 2–3 industry events yearly).
• Oversee booth design, logistics, installation, and dismantle with third-party vendors.
• Coordinate planning meetings, budgets, and post-event reconciliations.
• Maintain the product catalog across multiple categories and ensure accuracy.
• Support delivery of sales training programs and trade advertising activities.
• Coordinate product samples, promotional materials, and swag.
• Provide operational support for NAM Commercial Meeting and cross-functional projects.
