Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in learning experience design, UX/UI, and research methods preferred.
• Experience with agile development and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Designs and participates in projects with cross-functional agile teams.
• Conducts user research including interviews and usability testing.
• Designs experiences achieving strong student outcomes in courses.
• Understands adult learners and underserved populations in design.
• Creates wireframes and prototypes for testing and iteration.
• Collaborates with developers to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
• Meets quality standards and budget with timely delivery.
• Promotes best-practice learning design with stakeholders.
