Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate/Industrial Engineer Level 1/2 — Master Production Scheduling to support the IEOM team on site in Iuka, MS. On-site presence is required; relocation assistance may be available.

The role emphasizes scheduling, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, ERP, and analytics teams, with potential for growth and security clearance progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience or related.
• Experience with MES/MRP/SAP/Oracle or similar systems.
• Experience leading teams or projects.
• Experience with MS Office, Excel (macros/pivot).
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance and SP Access.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet objectives.
• Ensure schedules are integrated across departments.
• Apply scheduling best practices (EVMS, CP, SRA, EVM).
• Analyze lead times, WIP, throughput to meet demand.
• Develop scalable models to optimize product flow under constraints.
• Create tools and align SAP/MRP with executable plans.
