Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of engineering, manufacturing, or data analysis experience.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Active DoD clearance required to start.
• Ability to obtain Special Program Access as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros and pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Master Production Schedule.
• Implement scheduling best practices including Earned Value Management.
• Communicate requirements with IT and data science teams.
• Create metrics and data visualizations to track performance.

Skills

Data mining / data analysis experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience leading teams or projects

Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

Understanding of MRP/SAP/Oracle
