Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or data analysis.
• Master's degree with 0+ years, or PhD with 0+ years in relevant field.
• Experience with data mining, data analysis, or data visualization tools.
• Experience with ERP/MES in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes lead times, queue times, WIP, cycle times, and throughput to meet demand.
• Builds scalable models to optimize product flow under constraints.
• Maps and optimizes critical path product flow in the factory.
• Develops optimized scheduling tools and aligns SAP/MRP with executable plans.
• Considers interdependencies across cost centers, programs, and equipment.
• Supports digital transformation and agile change initiatives.
• Creates metrics and data visualizations to monitor shop floor performance.
