Qualifications

• Experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing operations, production planning, or proposal estimating in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing.
• Experience developing bases of estimate, labor estimates, staffing plans, capacity models, or proposal inputs.
• Strong Excel modeling, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing flow, production scheduling, capacity, and how shop floor execution interfaces with supply chain and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support production activities for the Transition to Production Team.
• Create Shop Operation Plans for production units and track daily shop floor performance.
• Create Recovery Schedules for the production floor.
• Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.
• Coordinate with larger teams at different site locations.
• Present technical briefings for upper management and technical leadership.
