Job summary

Imprivata in the United States is seeking an Associate Implementation Engineer to drive post-sales software implementations for customers and partners. You will install, test, and deploy Imprivata products, while contributing to project execution, documentation, and best practices.

The role requires solid Windows administration, familiarity with IAM, virtualization, and healthcare tech, plus ability to train customers and travel up to 75% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• 3+ years implementing enterprise software or custom systems.
• 3+ years Windows administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IAM, virtualization, mobility management, databases.
• Exposure to healthcare technologies (EMRs) preferred.
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, VBScript, AutoIT) a plus.
• Understanding of client-server apps and networking basics.
• CRM or case management experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Post-sales work with customers and partners in the US on software implementations.
• Install, test, and manage project deployment and execution tasks.
• Develop technical collateral, workshops, and best-practice docs.
• Train customers and channel partners on Imprivata products.
• Travel up to 75% domestically, coordinating with PMO and technical teams.
• Support with repository of solutions and ensure team growth.
