Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing or administering Imprivata products in a healthcare setting; Imprivata certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, Group Policy, and domain architecture and integration design.
• Experience with mobile devices and MDM solutions; familiarity with Imprivata Mobile Access Management preferred.
• Experience with IAM products and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V, Citrix).
• Experience with software deployment tools (SCCM, LANDesk, AD Group Policy).
• Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, able to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and ongoing administration of Imprivata’s product platform.
• Provide hands‑on technical configuration, planning, and customer guidance.
• Lead large, complex customer engagements and mentor team members.
• Deliver training and enablement for internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Monitor health, certificates, audits, and service status; manage escalations.
