Job summary

DISA Global Solutions is seeking an Associate I, Business Development to identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers for the Commercial Sales organization. You will conduct multi-channel outreach, research target accounts, and deliver qualified prospects to Sales for discovery.

You will help establish scalable prospecting practices while demonstrating curiosity, persistence, organization, coachability, and professionalism in every client interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in business development, inside sales, or outbound prospecting.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and articulate value.

Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize target accounts and decision-makers.
• Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and networks.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings and hand off to sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate with marketing and enablement.
• Meet or exceed targets for qualified meetings and opportunities.
