Job summary

Dassault Systemes in the United States (Massachusetts) is seeking a Business Development Associate to learn to generate qualified opportunities and build sales pipelines, focusing on lead generation through outreach and research.

You will collaborate with Dassault Systemes Sales teams to identify new prospects within assigned accounts, and work to meet or exceed metrics for outbound calls, opportunities, and prospecting time.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of experience in business development or inside sales is desirable, but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Drive and initiative in achieving goals.
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to new circumstances.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities and build sales pipelines.
• Train in lead generation strategies, including researching, contacting, and developing leads through outreach methods.
• Work with Dassault Systemes Sales teams to identify new prospects within assigned accounts and meet/outperform outbound metrics.
