Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. is seeking an Associate Human Resources Director to lead a regional HR team supporting Indianapolis, Ellisville, and Singapore.

You will partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession, and organizational effectiveness, while coaching on employee relations and performance management. The role emphasizes leveraging workforce metrics to influence decisions and driving continuous improvement in people programs and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments, preferably across multiple sites.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and talent management practices.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders, build trusted relationships, and drive results in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
