Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Indianapolis seeks an Associate HR Director to lead an HR team supporting operations in Indianapolis, Ellisville, and Singapore.

You will partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. You will coach on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and compliance, using workforce metrics to influence decisions and improve engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments, preferably across multiple sites.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and talent management practices.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders, build trusted relationships, and drive results in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • International HR experience and exposure to aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, or precision manufacturing environments
