Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Indianapolis, IN seeks a senior product leader to define and evolve the long-term ceramic product vision and roadmap, aligning with global business objectives and regional needs.

You will collaborate with engineering, production and commercial teams to drive priorities, manage allocations and KPI-driven health of the product line, while engaging with internal and external stakeholders to push growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • On-site role based in Indianapolis, IN; no remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Understand process and product capabilities and how they transfer to customer needs in aerospace and energy markets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production and commercial to drive priorities and decision-making for the product line.
  • Work at the main materials site as part of a cross-functional team to align strategies and resources with market objectives.
  • Understand the product line marketplace, customer needs, and demand drivers to guide decisions.
  • Contribute to product presentations, marketing materials, and support product positioning to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive decision-making and manage product allocation, demand planning, and scheduling.
  • Drive product line health using KPIs and structured lessons-learned processes.
  • Define and evolve the long-term ceramic product vision and roadmap aligned with global objectives.

  • You will collaborate withengineering, production and commercial to drive priorities and decisionmaking for the product line.

  • Further you will understandthe product line marketplace, customer needs, technical alternatives,demand drivers, industry capacity, market share and competitor landscape
  • You will activelycontribute to product presentations, marketing materials and support thepositioning of our products toward customers and internal stakeholders
  • Additionally, you will utilize your technical skills and experience to engage with key internal and external stakeholders to drive decision-making
  • You will manage productallocation, demand planning, scheduling, specifications, and relatedproduct data
  • Drive performanceimprovements, overall product line health using KPIs, operationalfeedback, and structured lessons-learned processes
  • Define and evolve thelong-term product vision and roadmap for ceramics in-line with globalbusiness objectives, new product development (NPD), regional needs, andindustry trends
What makes you great
  • You will have a Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related fieldrequired, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience preferred
  • Technical aptitude or engineering backgroundis beneficial but not required
  • Background in materials with focus areas inaerospace and/or energy beneficial but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound businessdecisions and exercise strong judgment in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to influence and leadcross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the abilityto prioritize competing responsibilities and meet business objectives
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% asrequired
  • This role will be based in Indianapolis, IN and will be required to work on-site unless traveling. No remote work availability for this position
