Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. is seeking an Associate Human Resources Director to lead an HR team supporting operations in Indianapolis, Ellisville, and Singapore.

You will partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Master's degree and/or SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification preferred.
• Experience with Workday or SuccessFactors HRIS is advantageous.

What makes you great

• You will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments, preferably across multiple sites
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and talent management practices
• Proven ability to influence leaders, build trusted relationships, and drive results in a matrixed organization
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree and/or SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification
• You will have experience with workforce planning, HR transformations, or HRIS platforms such as Workday or SuccessFactors
• International HR experience and exposure to aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, or precision manufacturing environments
